The University of Helsinki coordinates CO-ADAPT to empower ageing citizens by improving their wellbeing and ability to use their experience and skills at work. In particular, the University of Helsinki is interested in investigating how digitalization can provide means to change wellbeing and health management in particular in ageing from reactive to preventive. Moreover, an important focus is to develop intelligent digital task assistants and strengthen the worker use of digital tools
