Our main tasks in CO-ADAPT and how we fit in

ELUX will make available to CO-ADAPT important knowledge on programs for ageing workers and wellbeing in the workplace in general. ELUX contribute with an important view as a large European employer. In particular ELUX will:

  • Contribute to T1.3 Knowledge base of recommendations and change strategies for active ageing
  • Provide an important perspective as employer for T1.5 Consolidating a CO-ADAPT framework for active ageing
  • Provide insights and advice for T2.2 Participatory scenario development for the CO-ADAPT application
  • Contribute to standardization and exploitation activities in WP7
