October was the time of the COADAPT ‘s next plenary meeting and this time it was organized and hosted by our partner Electrolux Italia. With this opportunity, Erika Menosso from Electrolux organized a great workshop for all to participate with industry stakeholders from the company’s facilities to discuss digitization tools supporting the workforce and share the vision of creating adaptive Environments and conversational agent-based approaches.
The main scope of this workshop was to connect the Project’s team knowledge with potential industrial functions who have experience in the digitalization of tools for workforce supporting and initiatives in this area.

After the workshop, we were all fired up to start with our plenary meeting and set our goals for our end of the first-year review. The first day as typically done, ended with a great social dinner hosted by Electrolux that all partners enjoyed and found the opportunity for catching up.
The next day started with a great tour of the company’s Innovation center and a presentation on “Open Innovation” initiatives and how partnerships are done with startups to codevelop ideas and solve problems that industry is facing. We then continued with more project presentations and discussions with the consortium members.
