After the workshop, we were all fired up to start with our plenary meeting and set our goals for our end of first-year review.  The first day as typically done, ended with a great social dinner hosted by Electrolux that all partners enjoyed and found the opportunity for catching up.

The next day started with a great tour of the Electrolux Innovation center and a presentation on “Open Innovation” initiatives and how partnerships are done with startups to codevelop ideas and solve problems that industry is facing. We then continued with more project presentations and discussions with the consortium members.

We want to thank Erika and Electrolux Italia for a great welcome at the Italian facilities in Porcia and all of the workshop organization and hosting.
